With the development of modern technology and the improvement of industrial level, some high-performance pipe benders, such as CNC numerical control pipe bender and three-dimensional hydraulic pipe bender, have been developed. These high-level pipe benders generally have three main driving modes: motor drive, hydraulic drive, and hybrid drive of motor and hydraulic.
1. Motor drive
In modern industry today, most of the power sources of mechanisms and devices are driven by electric motors to provide power for the basic actions of the entire device. The source power is provided by the motor, and there are many ways to transmit the power. For example, the gear, rack, cam, connecting rod and other mechanisms can be driven by the motor to design the pipe bender that meets the requirements according to the situation.
2. Hydraulic drive
With the continuous development of industrial technology, hydraulic transmission technology is one of the fastest developing technologies in mechanical equipment, especially in recent years, it has entered a new stage of development. Hydraulic transmission and control system is widely used in all walks of life due to its advantages of large transmission power, high control accuracy, fast response speed and easy to realize the integrated control of motor and hydraulic. The hydraulic pipe bender powered by hydraulic pressure is a new type of pipe bender, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, safe use, fast loading and unloading, and multi-purpose pipe bender.
3. Motor-hydraulic hybrid drive
Although the hydraulic bending pipe has the advantages of large transmission power, high control accuracy and fast response, it also has some disadvantages, such as: low production efficiency due to too many actions of the operator; Large machine loss and short service life; It requires many operators, high labor costs and high product costs. Therefore, in the further research, it is proposed to adopt the hybrid drive of motor and hydraulic, which can reduce the production cost, improve the production efficiency and improve the processing accuracy by adopting the most reasonable drive mode in the respective advantages of motor and hydraulic.
